So many writers and directors...

Good for you.I don't listen to nor trust The Critical Drinker.
I think what they may do is move right into Midnight Sons and come back to do a solo film later.Good for you.
His video covers the countless writers and directors that have come and gone from the project explain the cluster-f that it has been.
Still doesn't mean it's "toast."Namecalling from our resident polar waddler aside, drinker's video highlighting the insane amount of people who were attached and then left the production reveals once again the utter chaos many recent Disney productions find themselves in.
Looking at things objectively, he's a lot more right than wrong on this one. He was pretty spot on with his Rey movie video a couple weeks back too. And it sure is looking like he's going to be right about the Rey film. You have to take all YouTubers, no matter the side, one video at a time.I don't listen to nor trust The Critical Drinker.
How to say a movie is cancelled without saying its cancelled.Feige confirmed that Blade is still coming to the MCU, its just a matter of when.

Kevin Feige Delivers Updates on Blade, Scarlet Witchʼs Future, and When Miles Morales Will Be Introduced to the MCU - IGN
Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige has given a number of somewhat vague but tantalizing updates on various M.I.A. MCU projects and characters at D23 Brazil, including Blade, Scarlet Witch, Miles Morales, and the X-Men.www.ign.com
"We're committed to Blade,” Feige said. “We love the character, we love Mahershala's version of him. And rest assured: whenever we change direction with a project, or are still trying to figure out how it fits into our schedule, we let the public know. You're up to date on what's going on. But I can tell you that the character will be coming to the MCU.”
I don't know if this specific movie is cancelled or not, but its clear they want to bring Blade into the MCU in some way. So whether its this movie, a D+ show, or bringing him into another movie, its clear they are moving forward with the character with Mahershala playing him. Its just a matter of when it happens. How to say a movie is cancelled without saying its cancelled.
I agree. The only thing I'm not confident with is it being Mahershala playing him. It wouldn't surprise me if it takes another few years to start, he walks away.I don't know if this specific movie is cancelled or not, but its clear they want to bring Blade into the MCU in some way. Hopefully we'll see it sooner rather than later.
After watching Mahershala is many roles over the years I think he has what it takes for the role.I agree. The only thing I'm not confident with is it being Mahershala playing him. It wouldn't surprise me if it takes another few years to start, he walks away.
Man, I just laughed when I saw the recent news lol.
Ali’s now 51 and on their fourth (or fifth?) rumored director.Because it was announced five years ago, the script still isn’t finished, it’s about to have its third director attached (maybe), and the lead is 50, or 8 years older than Snipes when he starred in his last Blade film.
