It has been discussed here 1000 times... Search feature would give you 1000s of hits without having to start another useless thread... Plus, there is another discussion of this going on...

But what if they used the Bucky Barnes version of Capitan America and not Steve Rogers who is new a SHIELD agent? Bucky used to be dead but then he came back as the Winter Soldier (spoiler alert) and he was a villain but then Steve turned him good again and he took Cap's uniform and shield after the Death of Capitan America storyline (spoiler alert).

Disney can use it then right?
