Well of course they know!!! Who do you think helped me to set it up initially??:lol: :lol: :lol: . I actually try to keep it to lunch time, breaks, etc and they know that a happy me is a more productive me!!! The IT Director always says I Am an honorary member of the IT staff, so I have to say they treat me very well!!!!
I know about the bandwith thing costing money and so does Steve!!! This is why it became a premium service for viewing videos larger pics etc on here.
Thanks for the explanation on the IRC thing. I had a bit of trouble with getting it to go in the past. Maybe Ill try again at home. Does a dialup connection matter?? Belle

Lol.. I agree.. a happy person is a more productive one. A few people frowned on the vids I brought into my last job (I'm currently unemployed frombeing laid off) even though I watched them at lunch and didn't anyone, nor watch inappropriate material. Some people are just no fun.

Anyway I thought of you Belle and just made a smaller 68MB version in Windows Media 9. I'm putting it up for the servers right now, so they should have it in a little bit. The quality isn't as good as the 350MB divx AVI version, but hope it will help the dialup folks.
