They make some cute ones that look like stuffed animals on the child's back. (edit, leash things, not hot dogs)
kind of like this only cuter....
That's adorable - Joel might have let me use one when he was younger, if it looked like that. That was pre-diagnosis, him running away from us days. Now he's much better about staying close, but I don't think I'll ever relax about him. It has taken me all school year to let him walk into the school building without holding my hand.
In many ways, we're in the same boat as you, Bun, when it comes to Joel exploring Disney this time.
