free rent would be great, but property management comes with a lot of headaches. My nephew does this for several elderly housing units in CT and he is busy 24/7! Make sure you know what it entails before you agree to anything.

i know it well... that's what i'm going to check out this afternoon. With a good staff it's not so bad, but when they expect 1 person to run the whole thing that's when things get hairy.... it's not super upscale, but it's not ghetto either.... it's kind of right in the middle, which *probably* (i say probably b/c i won't know for sure until i check it out today) means they have 1 other person working weekends and p/t weekdays and a maintenance guy. If that's the case I'd stay busy for sure, but it wouldn't be too crazy. More or less move in/out day's would be hectic... but I'll see this afternoon... i'm not getting into anything too overwhelming, but I do love a challenge. I'm not one to take an easy road. (which isn't always smart eg: my marriage) LOL

It goes. I've got absolutely nothing to do at work today. So that's always good.

well it's similar to the condo conversion in that it's real estate... but differant in that it's doing property management. Which... is regular hours, good salary... AND the best part? there's a possibility that i'll get an apt at 1/2 off or possibly even free depending... which is such a God thing as I'm actively looking for an apt right now since we're trying to sell our condo and I'm not wanting to buy anything else right away.... soooooo.... we'll see Still holding out for the CofC position, but this one is sounding awfully nice too.

Well...techinically I"m not supposed to be online :lol: ...but I usually try to do it on the sly. Like when everyone's gone or when our photographer is with a senior (as he is now). Otherwise I just check in and out thoughout the day.

I got jerks in my Gym class, too. They seem to be unavoidable.

My day was alright. Freshmen Field Day tomorrow, then an assembly so easy day!! :sohappy:

In all seriousness, I'm not sure. We told the teacher for sure, and I don't care if I get ratted out for... well, ratting out. I may not be violent by nature, but I'll stand up and fight when the time comes.

He's about 6 inches shorter, so on both counts, it's pretty much impossible for me to do. :lookaroun

Well... (hitter = A, hittee = B)

We were playing "World Cup" soccer (for sake of story, it's unimportant). B wheeled around to try to get the ball, and accidentally had his elbow up. Hit A in lower face BY ACCIDENT (barely a brush to the cheek, IMO).

Fast forward to the locker room. Out of nowhere, A gives B a huge sucker punch to the nose and mouth. I'm still riled up about it...
