Hey! Last night was our final pool party (we had 4 this season). At 3 of those, we had a 50/50 drawing. I won the drawing at the first party, George won it at the second and believe it or not, I won it again last night!
I was almost too embarrassed to admit that I won! Good thing our neighbors like us! :lookaroun
YAY!!!!

Does that mean you can afford a WDW trip now?

I always loved those growth spurts! One day they have a drawer full of outfits, the next day nothing fits!
fortunatly we'll never have to worry about that... so far i already have enough clothes to get liz through until first grade... LOL my mama, aunts and grandma's are bargain shoppers so when the end of season sales start they load up on the basics, jeans, socks, kahki's, dresses and lots and lots of jammies... LOL... but i know there's going to come a day when her closet will have more things that are too small rather than too big... lol.. i dread that day... haha... i guess that's when the "expensive" part of raising a child will start to come into play! LOL

A real (transplanted) Southern Belle tour guide! ;)

*giggle* exactly. You can understand me b/c don't speak like a hillbilly... :zipit: but you get all the knowledge 8 years of living in the south brings along... ;)

Sounds like me. :lookaroun
*giggle* me too. for the last 2 years now - i grew as large as a barn, and then shrank back again... and now i'm smaller than i was prepregs so now i have like 2 pairs of pants that fit and that's about it... lol... it's sad...

I had a similar situation with my DD. For the first couple of years, she had a closet full, courtesy of a neighbor whose daugter was a year older. However, once DD passes her daughter in height, the fun was over and she became a KMart girl!

If you could pull that off, you'd soon have a long line outside your door!
Let's see,...................You & George could hitch-hike down there, you can stay at my Mom's (you can have the bunk beds), and maybe Bonny could get you into the parks....

Since kids outgrow clothing before they can wear it out, I think KMart or Walmart shopping makes a lot more sense then expensive brand-name clothes. You get more for your money and it wears well and looks fine too!

That's barely a step above riding a boxcar down and sleeping on the side of the road . . .
Works for me! :)
