Finally we're getting the Western River Expedition!

Unfortunately, due to cost overruns with MM+, what you see in the above picture is the full extent of the experience. The actual ride, and all theming, restrooms, and DVC carts have been cancelled.

Wonder if that water is coming up from below or down from above. Anyone know if Splash and Big Thunder share the same source for water? Big Thunder's being only for the certain decorative elements around the ride.

Was this from a storm (people in ponchos) or from a break, or a combination of the two?

Wonder if that water is coming up from below or down from above. Anyone know if Splash and Big Thunder share the same source for water? Big Thunder's being only for the certain decorative elements around the ride.

I would guess it's coming from above, a water line for water fountains/fire control/mist effects near the queue itself.
You can see all the little bits of gravel that are being washed down into the sidewalk.

Just a strom. It gets worse in Tomorrowland, but it will drain off quite quickly.
