What possibly could land with a loud thud and/or explosion there?Make it more complicated and expensive to plan your vacation! What a sure fire way to tick off the very segment you want to try to win back.
Is Disney secretly run by the same people who run Spirit Airlines?
But so many people here claim the general population aren’t as fickle as some of us here are and basically do this when it comes to all things Disney:Make it more complicated and expensive to plan your vacation! What a sure fire way to tick off the very segment you want to try to win back.

Cupcakes and Pixie Dust are a hell of a combination. But so many people here claim the general population aren’t as fickle as some of us here are and basically do this when it comes to all things Disney:
So… maybe that segment is shrinking more than Mr Costanza in a pool?
That must be an average across all Value resorts, because POP's rack rates skyrocketed after the Skyliner openedValue Resort hotel prices are up 29% since 2011 but flat since 2018
They hit my limit a long time agoIt looks like they may have hit a pricing limit on tickets this year.
Imagine how much worse WDW would be off if it didn't have so many people committed to contractsAnd there's always more DVC sales.
At a certain point, you run out. They already tried charging for resort parking. But wow, you have to wonder where additional WDW revenue streams are going to come from.
The general public is way more “fickle” about being overcharged than anyone hanging out here. But so many people here claim the general population aren’t as fickle as some of us here are and basically do this when it comes to all things Disney:

Well, that will surely have people rushing to book vacations. /sI wouldn't be surprised to see 25-50% price increases in 2025 for busy days.

No need to guessIf I had to guess, not adjusted for inflation - a moderate room in 2011 was probably $190, in 2015 $250 and this year $330 (summer rates).
Adjusted for inflation that's roughly $270/$330/$330.
I do wonder how much ticket sales drop because of the increase in LL prices though. That said, it looks like there's still room to raise Lightning Lane prices during peak times.
Travelers are dropping due to it…I do wonder how much ticket sales drop because of the increase in LL prices though.
Like, just to put a finer point on this, I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s not going to spend thousands of dollars to go on vacation to wait in lines all day. I’m either going to buy LL with my tickets, or not go at all if the price of both combined hits a tipping point.I do wonder how much ticket sales drop because of the increase in LL prices though.

Do you prefer 'Turbocharge'?"Activation" grinds my gears.
Went during Jersey week (hey from Jersey), I didn't think it was that busy honestly - comparing to other parts of the year that I usually go. (early-mid December, February, etc.)Jersey Week. I think that was your busiest time of the year in 2024?
