It is true. Just had a split stay at CSR and POFQ. There’s a sign on the dressers which explains the every-other-day housekeeping service with a chart.

I don’t think this is true. Housekeeping has been back for a while.

Like other posters have said, it is true at Values and Moderates. Every other day, and even at that they try to discourage you from receiving it.

That’s embarrassing, honestly. I forget because I’m usually in a DVC room and my room only gets serviced once if I stay 8 nights! It will never get cleaned when we come for a week in April! They just take out the trash and sometimes provide fresh towels.

I just checked Universals Portofino for 5/5/2025 (this resort includes FREE express pass) and its $395, LOL

While I don't agree with a lot of what they are adding, I do agree the parks are still fun. The problem is I can't get past the cost.

As much as most of you look down on other parks, for us we have just as much fun at a 5 day vacation at Cedar Point for a quarter of the cost.

That does not really enter into the equation. They put BMW's on sale when they sit on the lot too long.

An empty room makes Disney $0. They will put it on sale vs. letting it sit empty.
