Main Street Bakery to Serve Starbucks Coffee

So this is the direction you are going in now so you can still be upset? Not bullying, I'm legitimately curious why you keep poking trying to find something to be upset over.

I don't think any of us has any knowledge of what is actually baked onsite any more. @PhotoDave219 is probably the most correct. It has more than likely been years since anything was baked onsite in the bakery.

From the looks of the picture the refurb didn't intrude into any backstage areas, so pretty much anything they kept it would be safe to assume they are still doing what they did before.

Actually, was just asking as I'm curious. We'll be there in a few weeks and wanted to know if we should go there.

Probably for the same reason others are claiming that the rolls served at the Bakery are now being served at Gaston's. Ignorance. And yes, I 'm admitting to being ignorant about the whole thing, because I haven't been there yet. A blog and pictures can only do so much good. So, I'll check it out and see for myself.

I have a better question. Was anything actually still baked at MSB anymore or was it strictly a retail location?

I heard (and read) the last remaining item to be baked there were the cinnamon rolls.

I don't drink coffee so I can't say, but apparently people love Starbucks coffee, so I don't have an issue with it being served at the Bakery. As has been said many times, they used to sell Nescafe, so what's the big deal? I just wish the change would have been a bit more subtle.

Yes, people LOVE Starbucks. I <3 it.
And if they just didn't put it in Mainstreet Bakery at all, maybe very devoted Disney goers would be happier.
I'm new to all of this. But I've fallen in love with Disney and I would and probobly will be pretty sad one day if they remove or change something I enjoyed a lot at the park. I mean, DIsney could just have left it the way it was.
And I really wanted a Starbucks while I was there. >_<

That video was scary! I mean, I get she's 20, but she needs to respect her fanbase. So many young girls are dying right now. o.o

I've had the rolls at Gaston's before. They are not the same as the ones at the Main Street Bakery.

As for the rest of it, I'm just going by the pictures and what I've read. Which as I said, is unfair. Gonna have to check it out for myself in a few weeks.

The one in celebration gave me horrible customer service. I was ignored while I was at the counter. I walked out, without coffee.

It's not a Starbucks.

It's the Main Street Bakery featuring Starbucks. Just like before it was the Main Street Bakery featuring Sara Lee products and the Main Street Bakery featuring Nestle products.

I was in Celebration Florida. Checked out the downtown area. Passed a Starbucks there but didn't get any. I had to follow the ol' people's lead. blah

I really feel like it is. When I was there, I saw a big Starbucks logo on the door or window or something, and I first thought, OOH Starbucks! The words Mainstreet Bakery were invisible to me, if they were there... Really, if it is still keeping the name Mainstreet Bakery, it looks like it's fading out into a Starbucks. I mean, if the cups, napkins and front door say Starbucks, that's what it is to me.
I remember trying to open the door, and me and my family were so confused. We were like gosh, why isn't it open. =(
