Also, now for something completely different
Yes, I think what struck me the most is how much of the park actually looks more or less like what they built.Fascinating how many things did get built, and in the same spot, but Splash Mountain, Jungle Cruise and a Discoveryland with EPCOT attractions? What a dream castle park.
Dlp works are on instagram apparentlyis there anyway to see stuff without a twitter? I dont use twitter anymore and want to see updates from dlpnews and dlpworks, do they post on any other social media??

What are they ?
I would say that is likely, yes. The rumors regarding the refurbishment have been correct so far so I don't see any reason to believe they won't close it down next year too.Looking at booking early next year. I’m sure I read that Thunder Mountain will be down for 6 months start of this year, and also start of next. Does anyone know if that’s still the plan?
It’s kind of the dealmaker for me as it’s my favourite ride there so I’d rather delay if that’s the case.
Well.
I’m cautiously optimistic the current theme doesn’t have too long left. This is one of the things I'm most excited for, it looks so good on this 2 second clip and will certainly not only bring this amazing show building to life once more but also add so much kinetic energy to the land during the night. I would love to see the return of the smoke effects and the boom as well, unfortunately it looks like SW will remain for the time being but this would go a long way in bringing back what is a dead cannon to life.
Part of that rumour was SM going down after BTM opens. If that happens I’d say it’s likely to repeat next year.Looking at booking early next year. I’m sure I read that Thunder Mountain will be down for 6 months start of this year, and also start of next. Does anyone know if that’s still the plan?
