Not sure about the dock, but the guidemap is super.
Notice how the guidemaps are returning to the icons instead of new attractions?
Might have something to do with the lack of new attractions?

Anyone have any idea what this might be about?
Yep, I believe they use this as a dock for getting heavy equipment in and out of Bay Lake. Seen it used before when the GF was undergoing major outside building refurbishment.

It's a drizzly day, my kind of weather!
Sweet! Kind of a drag that it's a dreary day but Main Street looks so nice and pristine again without all the holiday decor. I like the holiday decor but, just like at home, I love the classic look when it all comes down. And I would love to not hear holiday music on Main Street again - I love the classical Main Street music!
