Interpreted correctly, your statement says that only a fraction (unspecified size) of Cast Members claim they enjoy guest interaction, but all of them are just in denial. If that's not what you meant, you should have written your statement correctly if you didn't want someone to call you out on it.
Perhaps you meant something like "some cast members claim they enjoy talking to guests and still find the experience magical but don't mean it, but others do." But, that's not what you said.
Perhaps you just aren't very good at English. Your subject was "some." As in some, not all, CMs say they enjoy being nice to guests. You then said "those people," which, unless you are just completely leaving out necessary modifiers and have yet to correct them, refers to the entirety of "some."
