Legit question..
Does this area get constant threat of vandalism?
Because of them multiple layers of walls.
I was surprised by how many walls there were compared to other attractions.
It's not to keep things out....

Personally, I thought that Happiness is Here was a tacky plastic mess, but the music was very good.

Honestly i'm still happy with Festival of Fantasy. I'm not craving a hand-me-down from Tokyo in this instance. Tokyo's has some lovely float designs, but I wouldn't say they're really superior to FoF. Many of Festival's floats are actually quite awesome and easily stand up to Tokyo. This isn't a case of MSEP vs Dreamlights where it's no contest and Dreamlights just decimates MSEP. FoF is still a great parade that stands on its own and should still a lot of life left in it for quite a while.
Festival could stand to be longer, i'd like for them to just add to it every so often. If they have something better planned by the 50th then i'd be interested, but as of now I think Festival is easily up to par with Happiness. The standout thing in Happiness is having Mary Poppins and Peter Pan flying on one of the floats. Love that!
Something I actively dislike about Tokyo's new parade is the musical style. It has a grating pop-rave beat throughout a great chunk of it, I generally detest that sort of music and this is no exception. It's one reason (among many) why I dislike Paint the Night. Same with the Tomorrowland dance party, and Move it Shake it, etc. FoF has an obnoxious rave beat at the very end as well, but throughout the majority it maintains a much more appropriate beat and feels more waltz-like. I also love the theme song itself far more than Tokyo's.

I like the music of PTN, and am OK with the music from MISI and the Tomorrowland Dance Party- but for those two, it's the annoying DJs that just make it completely grating for me. PTN doesn't have that, and I really like the Wreck-it-Ralph theme woven with Baroque Hoedown. Regarding FoF, it's a great parade and still has life, I just don't want to see it outstay it's welcome (RoE in Epcot comes to mind - incredible show when it debut, still one of my all-time favorites, but it should have been replaced about 5-6 years ago...)
In any case, when they do finally replace FoF, they need to come up with another original parade (not a clone) for MK, and up the spectacle with the latest tech...

I like PTN but if we're waiting until 2021 then frankly a PTN clone or enhanced version won't do. It should be something completely different and equally amazing.Great and exciting week ahead for DL fans who live by or visit DL often as they get Paint The Night back! Very salty about this and it makes me even more irritated with WDW lol I mean yeah as we already discussed there is the Potential for WDW to get there own PTN version for the 50th... 3 years away. I hope it’ll be worth the wait and top the current version of PTN! WDW deserves it and other new entertainment after all the attention DL has been receiving lately.

We know, but there was a time when WDW used to have big anniversary cerebration to that level. Such as the 25th Anniversary in 1996 an the 20th in 1991.

The 50th will be bigger than TDL's 35th. WDW is getting tron, ratatouille, gotg, mickeys runaway railway, Possibly a new nighttime parade & daytime parade and a replacement for Happily ever after.
Is this new news? Before I read that, I thought we were looking at just a night parade and HEA renewed

Well I said possibly as in one of the past anniversaries WDW got a daytime parade and spectromagic at the same time so it's possible. Also by then Festival of fantasy will be 7 years old so it will likely need a replacement.
