Hi guys!
I dropped off my family at the airport a little while ago. It was great to have them here but exhausting at the same time!
I went to check out our new apartment and it looks like they left behind a lot more stuff than I though they were going to. The fridge and freezer still have a lot of food left, stuff still in the bathroom, and random things throughout the apt. The place also needs some love before we move in.....looks like it is going to be a very busy week for me.

My mom makes huevos (eggs) with chorizos (in our case, sausage...but chorizos are also hot dogs)...very yummy. Never heard about them on tacos though.

I don't even KNOW. No happy, sad, or otherwise noticeable emotion regarding grad for... oh, the last few days or so. :shrug:
P.S. Apparently, my friend's dog just died today... there's a noticeable emotion.
Chorizo is mexician sausage. I scramble is up with eggs and put it in flour torillas.

Yup my mom does that...except the tortilla part. And in our case, it's Nicaraguan sausage (chorizo) which is soooo much better
