well thank you nibbs for telling me i'm not alone on this!!

I think, at least up until last night... she'd take me not wanting to hangout with her as meaning I did not want to see her... which couldn't have been more wrong... but hopefully I finally got through to her I always wanna see you; but most nights during the week I'm tired and just wanna lay low...

blah blah blah... you get the point

Yes. It was fine.

We went out to dinner at this local steakhouse. Best steaks ever. Even better than LeCellier to me. We had Top Sirloin with a Butter Burbon Glaise. Delish. Then we just went back home. We were going to see a movie...but I figured everybody and their brother would be seeing one last night, so we decided if we go, we'd go tonight.

What did you and Allie end up doing?

that just made me drool so bad... i gave up red meat (TEMPORARILY...) to try and help me lose a few lb's...

allie and i drove around for like a solid hour and a half... ended up at our favorite little italian place; nice little quiet place, awesome food... it has the best pizza ever (besides the original Reginas right in boston); so I got a small pizza as an appetizer (yes, I am trying to lose weight... this is why I'm not succeeding); then I got their chicken parm and we got some kind of cappucino/chocolate moose (spelling?)

it was nice and it was quiet... and they gave all the women roses when they brought the check... I told the lady I felt left out and wanted a rose... so she did in fact give me one... so allie got two...

then we went back to my house to watch the ever-so romantic Lost...

it was nice though

Wow. Sounds really great! See, those little places are great to go to for Valentine's Day!
