Hello Samie - how are you? It's snowing very lightly here....our predicted totals keep going up though - now it's 8-14" :hurl:

Hey Jenny! (HUGS!)
I'm good, same as usual. How are you guys?

We are right below the snow so we're going to get cold rain all weekend. :brick: I hope you guys don't get as much snow as they predict.

It's barely started and it's already nasty. Mixture of snow/sleet. :( But now I'm home with the kids......I do, however, think Mike's staying up in Canton...he may get home, but he would have trouble going back tomorrow morning.

:( Boo snow!

I'm glad you guys are all home okay, I hope Mike has a safe commute to and from work tomorrow. At least it's a Friday so you guys don't have to worry about school.

I'm about like everyone else, done with winter. My few days in the warm sun spoiled me.

He took a little travel bag, so just in case he needs to get a hotel room, he's prepared.

Mike and I are talking about our trip to TN; apparently the road we would've been taking has a rockslide closing both sides of the interstate, so we thought about cutting over thru KY and stopping the night in Lexington. Any suggestions of hotels over on the I-64 side of town? I mean, it's possible it may be repaired by July, but they said on the transportation website it would take several months. So Lexington is looking quite possible at the moment. :)

:sohappy: Yes I will think of some good ones- will you be connecting to I-75 from I-64 thru Lexington?

Yes, we would connect with I-75S out of Lexington heading toward Knoxville, TN. Probably Sunday afternoon, July 11th? We can't check into the cabin I rented until Monday afternoon. :)

Cool! There's a good variety of places to stay in the Lexington section of the interstate, I will send you some ideas over. :)
