M. Inc. means World for Epcot?

Merf when we took our trip to WDW at the end of June I noticed something going on with that building. Scaffolding was up but I don't remember any tarps being up. By the way Hello everybody! I've been lurking on these boards since early last year.

Well, this atleast confirms they've been working on the pavilion for a long period of time. Also, the tarps/scaffolding have been only on that side of the pavilion - though the rest has been repainted and touched up (the roofs were painted not too long ago, you can tell from the paint).

We're going on 8 months for that one otherwise useless and barely visible building...
