One good Disney commercial was the Once Upon a Time evil queen visit to The Magic Kingdom, she was unimpressed with Gaston.

Disney is treating people with dwarfism with respect by making sure none of them are able to get acting work ever again.

They won! They all got erased from the famous story, fired from the movie where they were going to be very sympathetically portrayed as kind and good humans, and have now been pushed out into the growing line of unemployed actors. Congratulations. 🤔

What movie would you have made?

Honestly? I just don’t care. I have a great time at WDW. And if they want to correct past mistakes it’s fine with me.

That honestly seems like a very hollow answer.

You are easily concerned and nodding along with healing the hate of the past when it's easy and you get social street cred for it, but when it comes to WDW you are fine with wacky dwarfs in parades and silly rides because that's harder to erase?

Movie Dwarfs = Bad
Parade Dwarfs = Fun

It’s a theme park. It should change according to current sensibilities.

The reality is that the parks change according to box office results and financial sensibilities, or lately antsy Execs with the letters "DEI" in their title.

And I think we can all agree, based on the photographic evidence we've seen so far, that this Snow White remake is going to bomb big time and go the way of Strange World down the memory hole never to be mentioned again by Disney.

That’s one take on it. Hers is another. I myself have mixed feelings on the matter, but I don’t pretend to understand the full complexities of the situation for actors with dwarfism.

Perhaps you’ll change your mind and see it after watching Barbie. After all, they’re written by the same woman, and if you end up liking Barbie half as much as you’ve indicated you will, why wouldn’t you want to experience more from Greta Gerwig?

What I said is that it's Disney's call. I'm just not as invested as you in their failing.
