I was speaking in general terms.
Point is, they aren't opening dance clubs, third party or otherwise. If clubs were a cash cow, Disney would have third parties paying plenty of cash to open one. Seems to me that indicates not only aren't any 3rd parties willing to pay the rent, but also Disney isn't interested in the club scene for DTD. Hence today's announcement of a venue for children and their parents to share together.
Now a blind person could see these trends and I'm dropping it because it has just become too obviuos Disney is moving DTD in the direction of catering primarily to their larget customer base, families with children.

I originally heard that Harley would be vacating it's PI location and moving to West Side, but apparently sometime down the road that plan must have changed... Oh well...

People were saying that before 37 opened but apparently it is doing well and creating enough foot traffic. Imagine when all the former PI venues are repurposed.

I got to agree with you here on this one. Enough mall stores, everyone has stores and malls where they live. If they just want to shop they can go there, they don't have to go to WDW for that. Now its great to buy something unique, that is only available at WDW, but enough generic restaurants and stores. People want Disney experiences!
I liked PI, especially the Adventurers Club. It was for adults but it was a fun unique Disney experience. They need more of that sort of thing! It doesn't even matter at this point if its for families. Just add some worthwhile entertainment to DTD, give people a reason to go there other than La Nouba. Disney Quest is one of the last family entertainment options there although it needs a decent upgrade. Maybe they should make a unique DTD Legoland there. Something, anything but what they are doing.

You are so blind to the obvious that Ray Charles can see things more clearly (and, last time I checked, he wasn't only blind but dead as well)
Disney wants third party dollars. Period.
And the idea that their wares have to appeal to the stroller brigade is the height of ignorance and a simple check of what has opened since PI was mortally wounded and then taken off life support shows that. Yet, the powers here continually allow you to spout the same crap, get everyone foamed up because you don't know crap and then threads simply disappear.
Clearly, Harleys and cigars and tequila bars and Irish pubs are all 'family' entertainment in your limited mind because they aren't the old PI clubs. They cater to the same demos, the ones you say Disney doesn't want at DD, even when the facts speak to the opposite. yet you babble on while others like Murfie Baby and Enigaundrumman have taken their act on the road. Do you have pics of anyone here in a compromising position? Maybe in a wave pool at Typhoon Lagoon?

i completely agree, guys may have team mickey but girls have tren-D and now this just girls store along with Bibbidi-Bobidi-Boutique
I had heard Harley was moving and mickey's groove would close and be combined with starabillas, then harley would have 3/4 of it and the other 1/4 of the whole space would be a tren D for guys. I would have been ok with that.
