Good for our friends in LA! But of no use to me, I'm not just the whole width of the North American continent, but also the entire Atlantic Ocean away.

It's fine that Disney markets Mermaid 3D by showing it in El Capitan cinema for a month, but it sorta rubs it in that we are all missing out.

I liked The Phantom Menace in 3D too - and the chance to see SW on the big screen again. So disappointed TWDC suddenly halted their 3D re-releases!

It was a blast, wasn't it? The 3D was convincing, and I got to see SW on a massive screen, with 2012 tech sound. I was sooo looking forward to the other episodes!

I think 3D conversion is just what the prequel trilogy needs. I don't need to see the original trilogy converted, something doesn't feel right about that. But II and III, yes please!
Who knows, if conversion techniques get cheaper...mabye just for home release...
