I hope management does enforce it. There's too many people out there, most tend to be younger, that think there is no consequence to what they do on "social media." I just can't fathom how people put their jobs at risk just to be a big shot posting things online they shouldn't be posting.
So mainly you just wanna get'um? That'll teach dem kids...

I can't believe they are paying to run an animatronic in a backstage area for employees. How stupid is management? They continue to cut and neglect things that the paying guests see but are spending money now on an animatronic that only an employee is going to see:confused:

That building houses a lot of big wigs, from all over WDW. They see it every day. Think what you will about that.

I think it's pretty silly if Disney fires the person who posted this picture. It doesn't affect Disney's day to day operation in the least, so who cares? It's not like they released a picture of a new ride or something

first I think it's awesome that this is back stage for Cast Members to enjoy. I mean come on those poor Cast Members have to listen to bratty kids screaming when they don't get their ways and bratty obnoxious adults who expected to be bowed to because they spend money there. It's nice to see some small perks for the CM's. Yes I know it's Disney World but still rude people are every where and the Cast Members have to smile and deal with it.

second and last, seeing pictures like this doesn't ruin the Disney Magic for me. In fact it makes it more special because I now it take hard work to make things magical. One day I hope to take backstage tours, if I ever go to WDW without my daughter who would not forgive me for taking her on said tour.
