The rafts in their current form really don’t have nearly the capacity to support a major attraction being on the island.

I'm not saying the rafts there now. Keep them. Use the old canoe docks and new rafts to transport people to the second island as part of the attraction. TSI and the LB both stay operational and you get a roller coaster. Win win

No, I think one of the options considered was retheming Frontierland and parking the Liberty Belle to create a New Orleans Street and/or Square.

I definitely would favor this.

Except for Big Thunder, the land has not aged well.
