And yes, it is from the roof of WL. The trick to getting there asking to be flag family when you check in. One family per day is selected to go up to the roof with a CM and raise the flags in the morning. If you're lucky (as we were) there will be an open day. It's an awesome view. You can see all four parks and DTD.
