We have Zoo tycoon 2 - through Marine Mania - we love it. I want to get the Ratatouille computer game next. :D

Afternoon everyone! Joel had a good first day - even though it didn't look like he ate much but his cookies at lunch today. :rolleyes: Oh, and Abby learned that the new class pet in her gifted class is a....python. :zipit: :dazzle:

A Snake in the classroom. :eek: :zipit: :eek: :zipit: Sherri would have a cow or 3 or4 of them. She freaks out when a snake is around.

Abby isn't thrilled...and you know after the garter snake in my house debacle, I am absolutely NO help. She called DH at work to tell him - he's always good for practical advice. But I don't plan on visiting their classroom. :zipit:
My doctor's appt was fine - just a followup from my procedure this summer. We agreed that since everything looked fine, it's probably an irritable bowel thing, so keeping an eye on what I eat and over the counter meds for stomach discomfort is the best I can do right now. At least I don't need another colonoscopy until I'm 50. :sohappy: :sohappy:

I don't blame you for not wanting to visit the classroom. Why did the teacher pick a snake. I don't care what kind of snake it is if it is a snake I don't go near it.:lookaroun :zipit:

Apparently it's her pet - although she told the kids they can bring in live prey to feed it. :hurl: :dazzle: I went......uh, NO.

Don't know - don't want to know, actually. Just don't want Abby hyperventilating every time she goes to class. Mike suggested she start off with an occasional glance, and see if that makes her comfortable. :shrug: Me, I'm thinking 'when pigs fly', but WHATEVER. :rolleyes:

Just ordered supper - pizza and subs to be delivered; it is too blasted hot to be doing any cooking. I went over to the bookstore earlier to try to buy the Unofficial Guide, and they didn't have it, but they ordered it for me to be delivered. Also got books for the kids, and a couple of local interest books on 'Haunted Ohio' :D - loove local legends and folklore. :lol:
