Oh, it's good. They have great wings, amazing steamed shrimp, and WHF says their burgers are some of the best he's eaten.
The name of the place never bothered me. I'm comfortable enough with myself to realize that a name is just a name. What they wear doesn't matter...(I've seen less at the beach...and in some other places besides the beach! Some of those girls wear some skimpy things in public!) and actually, I'd consider being a Hooters girl if I ever need extra money. I'd bring my kids there in the future too. To me, it only objectifies women if you let it, I don't let it. Their just girls to me (and some of them have come in for Senior pics.

I agree but somehow it bothers me. Maybe because it makes me feel fatter, I don't disagree with them doing the job or working there. I learned awhile back that some women has to do whatever they have to do to make a living. I don't agree with all those jobs but that is me.:lookaroun Does that make sence?

Yes...kind of. To me though, working at Hooters isn't comparable to something like stripping (which is kinda of what it sounded like you were comparing it to...and if not, oops. :lol: ) To me it's just a job at a restaurant like working at Applebees. Matter of fact, if I didn't know the outfit that they wear at Hooters, I couldn't have told you what our waitress was wearing today. I honestly just didn't even look at that.
It also doesn't make me feel fat when I go in there...(although, can't say I am larger either). Once again, I'll use the Applebee's analogy...if I go there, I don't feel fat compared to those girls that work there. Once again, I just see the place as a restaurant and that's it. To me, if you build it up as something worse in your mind, that just means that the Hooters giants have won. (Weird way to look at it...but it makes sense...at least to me.)

I can honestly say...while WHF may have looked at some of the girls (which I am ok with...hey, I look myself...not at the girls...let's preface that...I look at guys)...he's never been to "focused" to not eat...or to not talk to me. :lol:

Actually, I'm just kidding - just like I won't 'allow' him to go near the bellydancers at Epcot's Morocco pavilion.
I have no fears that his glands will outrule his faithfulness to me - if I did, we wouldn't be married in the first place. I'm not opposed to eating there, but I'd be teasing him the whole time! :ROFLOL: :ROFLOL:

I dunno. It says isolated thunderstorms tonight and all weekend. It's the weekend. I always go to Disney. Hmph! Can't believe I'm stuck at home on a Friday night.
