I understand that, but why those cast members then told me that? Again, they looked like they knew everything! Sorry if this ends up being a big mistake, but I was sure...

Again not saying Kodak are or are not staying, but you have to realize that WDW has around 60,000 cast members and you get a lot of chinese whispers. Information gets passed around, modified, and rumors go like wild fire. Sometimes they are right, but very often they are wrong. Hence the notorious bus driver comments.

But, not to continue the debate, but do you think there's a small chance that Kodak may go? they've been so many years with Disney, but a change won't be that bad in this case... would it? :shrug:

To answer your question, yes, there is a chance. Kodak has also come under fire by the fan community for being the cause to the pavilion's downfall, so perhaps they don't want to be a part of it's revival because that would involve admitting they messed up (which they did). I don't know how much of a chance there is to that happening, but there certainly is one. It just hasn't happened yet...

Kodak doesn't look at their sponsorship deal on an attraction by attraction level. If they decided to end their sponsorship it would be park wide, every Kodak attraction, guide maps, etc.

I don't give a damn. Kodak ruined the old JII and was responsible that we never got the Mt. Fuji rollercoaster in the Japanese pavilion in WS because they didn't accept a business rival sponsor a EPCOT attraction! Mt. Fuji would have been the only true E-Ticket in WS and perhaps the most thrilling attraction in entire EPCOT. Instead we got sushi (how outstanding original) a mitsukoshi store and some artists who show ikebana etc. NO attraction in the entire Japanese pavilion although Bullet Train Ride or Mt. Fuji were the most promising rides for entire WS (only the never built pavilions like Venezuela or Switzerland would have been at least a tie) That's already enough to burn in hell for.

Um... you do realize that sign didn't say "Presented by Kodak". It said "Honey I Shrunk the Audience" underneath like the one for The Land lists Soarin'. So in reality, this confirms that Disney is trying to include Captain EO in all it's signage, but nothing else.

The building was probably leaking and couldn't be repaired, too bad I'll miss the glass pyramids, but I'm sure Disney will come up with something else.

Wow, I think you need to learn not to take things so personally, it's an internet message board after all. I think we all appreciated the information you provided. I for one would rather people post stuff even if it isn't plausible than not post it at all. Sometimes really strange things happen and something that sounded really out there takes place.
