how are they? personal experiences, reliable, accurate? their prices seem very good, i would just liike to hear some experiences from you guys. thanks

Very reliable. They don't charge any fees, they're paid by Disney and others by commission for any bookings they do for you [their rates are what Disney would charge you directly, but they tend to find all the "deals" that you might not be aware of].

They have a reputation for going the extra mile, upgrading the reservations whenever applicable discounts come out, doing trip planning and ADRs for customers, etc...

They are certainly well regarded on WDWMagic!

Pam and company are really great about getting you the best possible rate. I looked on my own, then checked with Pam to see if she could get me a better rate. I got the same resort, LOWER price, but concierge level. That saved me at least $50+/person/day in food and drink. :sohappy:

Evan helped me plan a trip that unfoturnatly fell through, but they were very helpful and courteous. I'd definatly reccomend them

I used them for the first time last summer with a short notice trip. Pam was wonderful. I panick very easy about things like reservations and such. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Great price and all. I WILL use Kingdom Konsuultants again.:sohappy:

Love them. We have AP's so we only book rooms. One of the great advantages about using KK is you can book way in advance and you know if a discount becomes available that you qualify for you will be re-booked at the better rate. It really saves the hassle of watching for the codes and trying to slam the phones to get it the day it is released. All of this and it does not cost me a cent. They will get my business from now until the end of time.

We used them at the beginning of the year and just used them again a couple months ago to book our December trip. They are extremely helpful and always find the best deals. My situation is alway confusing and seems to change with number of people and different dining reservations and they just take care of all of it and make everything run smoothly. They are wonderful!!!!:sohappy:

I never used KK, 'cause I enjoy the research and doing it all myself, but I've yet to hear/read anything negative about them.

Pam and KK have been great. I am a real worry wart and she has been patient with me during the whole planning of our trip this January. She took care of everything and was able to get us a great room and book all the meals we wanted at the exact times I requested. She is great to discuss Disney stuff with and I plan to use her expertise again in the future. She is more than a travel agent, she is a cool person and treats you like a friend.I am going to offer a college class next year that will include a trip to WDW as part of the course and I will be using Pam to make the class happen.

We've used Pam for our last 2 WDW trips. Both times were awesome. The trip this summer involved 10 people with 2 different date configurations (finally agreed on a date), 3 different flight arrangements, 2 rooms, and even a last minute hotel change. Three weeks before leaving my brother called me as asked me to contact Pam to see if we could change our Contemporary Resort confirmed vacation to a Poly vacation. Pam was able to get it changed for us and for 9 days/2 rooms there was a total upgrade charge of only $350. The change was precipitated by my cousin's plan to ask his girlfriend to marry him. He wanted to do it on the beach at the Poly and figured it would be easier to get her there if we were staying there. As it turned out he proposed during the fireworks in the Rose Garden at the MK. She said yes, the crowds cheered and all was right with the world.

Without a second word spoken, Pam made the hotel change without asking why we wanted the change. I couldn't have told her since I didn't know about the proposal until the morning of.

Pam is terrific.

I just returned home from WDW, having enjoyed yet another fabulous vacation booked by KK. This trip involved staying at 3 different resorts, and a complicated DME itinerary, all of which went smoothly thanks to Pam and her talented team. I recommend KK to everyone I know, and have had friends thank me for steering them Pam's way.

I have not yet had the pleasure of working with Evan, but Pam and Marie are great. Contact them for all of your travel needs (not just Disney related). Pam is currently helping me book a trip to Hawaii for my 25th wedding anniversary next May.
