I hear that this company will book your trip for you and will even automatically give you any discounts that may come up. Is this true?

I know there is a frequent poster here, named Pam, I believe, who works for this company. However, I can't remember her screen name, so I was hoping that this thread would attract her, or at least someone else who can let me know what her screen name is, then I can PM her.

Basically, Lord willing, we plan to go back in April of 2008. Naturally, if there are any room discounts which come up for then, I would like to take advantage of that. So how does it work? When package rates are announced for 2008, she just books my stay for me? Is there a fee for that service?

Kingdom Konsultants is a very reputable firm, Pam and her staff (Marie, Evan and Elizabeth - all members here) will bend over backwards to make your vacation planning easy, they do all the leg work for you.

Pam's screen name, by the way, is Kingdom Konsultant. She is also a sponsor here on the boards.

You tell them what you want and they make the arrangements. You pay no fee , but there is a fee (I believe) for personalized itineraries.

I used them for the first time this year. They are fab......Elizabeth made everything very easy for me. Can't wait to book my next trip for next year!

After hearing such good things, I've decided to use them for my trip next year. The few questions I've had already I have gotten very quick responses/answers, which to me is half the problem I have with Disney (the wait time from when you call until you actually get someone). I sent Marie all my plans for next year and she is holding on to them until the rates come out and then she said she'll book my trip. I also REALLY like that they will take care of your dining reservations. My understanding is you give them the dates/places/times you want to eat and they will call for you and do their best to get everything you want.

I have used KK for probably about a year now. I think I have booked about half a dozen or so trips with them and let me tell you they have made my Disney life so much easier. In the past I was always booking myself in advance then constantly checking for AP or Fl resident discounts and then frantically trying to rebook. Now I book ahead of time and just sit back and wait for the trip. If a discount becomes available I get a call or an e-mail from Marie (wannabebelle) letting me know that I have been re-booked at a lower rate. Just recently she called me when the AP rates came out for September/October to let me know that she re-booked me at the AP rate and it knocked around $100 of my 3 night stay at PORS.

I do not even bother to call Disney anymore unless I am doing a last minute weekend trip. I send an e-mail to Marie with my dates and she does everything else.

Kingdom Konsultants saved us over $400 on our trip last year by applying a discount code (that I didn't even know about). They make life a lot less stressful.... regarding our disney trips anyways.

They are great!

I have now used the KK three times, dealing with Marie, Pam, and this time Elizabeth.

Much easier for me to have them take care of AP discounts and the like, so I can just enjoy the trip!

Even being DVC members now, we used KK to book our first/last nights on-site to lengthen our trip:)

Our family has used the services of Kingsdom Konsultants several times now and we couldn't be more pleased and satisfied. Our contact has been with Pam and she is a gem. You will be pleased as well I'm sure.

For us, we had to do our own flights, but they handled everything else..including several 'frantic' calls (much appreciated~). We did our last family GG w/Pam at Christmas and it was wonderful. Now we are doing the August Girl Scout trip..and let me tell you, I don't think any group has thrown them more curve balls than we have...and everytime I thought it would be a problem...they handled it with ease. EVERY place we wanted to eat on the dining plan Pam was able to get for us...not always easy when you are trying to get seats for 36 people...but to name just a few we will be dining at Le Cellier, Cinderella's Royal Table, Chef Mickeys, Prime Time Cafe, and the Garden Grill just to name a few!

I have used KK 3 times - once for a grand gathering and two times for my husband and I. They are fabulous! I can't say enough good things about Pam. I love planning my trips, but she is absolutely amazing and again, I would continue to use them and recommend them in a heartbeat.
