I hear that this company will book your trip for you and will even automatically give you any discounts that may come up. Is this true?

I know there is a frequent poster here, named Pam, I believe, who works for this company. However, I can't remember her screen name, so I was hoping that this thread would attract her, or at least someone else who can let me know what her screen name is, then I can PM her.

Basically, Lord willing, we plan to go back in April of 2008. Naturally, if there are any room discounts which come up for then, I would like to take advantage of that. So how does it work? When package rates are announced for 2008, she just books my stay for me? Is there a fee for that service?

Another KK fan here. We have used them for our 2 or 3 last visits (can't remember anymore) and they are terrific. Last summer in fact, we needed to change resorts 3 weeks before our vacation date. Pam was able to get us 2 rooms at the Poly, switching from the Contemporary at a very desirable rate. The change was due to my cousin wanting to propose which he did, she said yes and the wedding is coming in October. Pam was completely unflustered by our last minute switch.

Thank you everyone for your kind words.

We can book every aspect of your trip for you. When it comes to airfare, we are pretty limited to the U.S., but we can book it with limited airports in Canada.

You'll like them when you call them. You'll love them when they call you to tell you your vacation is now several hundred dollars cheaper thanks to a discount they uncovered.

SBKline, I was on a KK trip when I met you in the line at Maelstrom that time. It's the only way to fly. :D

Pam, I got your email the other day. Thank you.

I forgot to ask, though...don't you need my credit card information? Or do you not need that until the rates come out, and you email me the info, and I tell you to go ahead and book it?

When is payment due if we go thru kingdom konsultants and also, does getting an annual pass (if we are going for a week) make it cheaper (the sounds of it are you can get discounts if you have an annual pass) then doing the magic your way tickets?

Hi! Your deposit is due at the time of booking unless it's within 45 days prior to your arrive(packages). In that case, the entire amount would be due.

Disney does put out discount codes for AP holders, but they also put out discounts for general public as well. It's never guarenteed that a discount will be released for anytime frames, but we are always on the look out. If you are only going for a week, i would not get an AP unless you plan to go back within that year. If you were going to be doing more than 10 days in the parks, then i would get an AP. A 10 day MYW ticket with park hopping option is $435.59 (with expiration 14 days from first use). An AP runs $462.21 for a regular AP.

With an AP you can get some dining discounts (lunch at Rainforest Cafe and some of the Epcot places) and a 10% discount at World of Disney, free parking and some other perks.

I don't need it until the rates come out and we actually go ahead and book it.

I know that I am definately going through Kingdom Konsultants for my 2008 trip. I tried to get quote for November of 08', not knowing that it was too far in advance. But i hear nothing but great things about them, and I do not want to go through who we've gone through for our upcoming trip in Nov.
Cannot wait!

Elizabeth hit the nail right on the head as far as the discounts, but also keep in mind if you are considering the Magic Your Way Dining Plan, it is not available in conjunction with an Annual pass and a discounted room only offer for Annual Passholders at all. The Dining plan must be added onto a package consisting of a resort stay with at least a one day Magic Your Way Base theme park ticket. I have run the numbers on this a few times and with the extreme exception of the Free Dining, if there is a discount on a package it is just about equal. Belle
