Plus I think there's plenty of room for more countries without removing any current ones.
But, to answer the question, a country I'd like to see (and this would never happen) is Egypt. That would be amazing. Ooh, Greece would be nifty too =)

I doubt it also but if it ere to happen I also would like to see an asian replacement. My twin sons were adopted from Vietnam and to have a contact with Epcot would be awesome.

I heard that they will start building this spring on the land between Japan and Norway. The rumors that have been mumbling around is that it will be the new home of me.

I listened to a Podcast yesterday that stated Australia is being considered as a new Pavillion in Epcot with the problem being Australia may be a better fit in Animal Kingdom. That said, it has been how long since a new country has been added - over 20 years? It is about time a new country is added - my vote is Spain with Australia being put as a land in Animal Kingdom!

I would love to see a great quick service restaurant in Italy, but then again, could they really do this?
Quick service pastas and other Italian foods just don't seem they would be any good.

I think one of the main reasons for not adding a new country in over a decade is the political factor. If you add one country over another country then people get offended or protest. I remember a while back when they wanted to create a holy land pavillion-needless to say they never did go through with it.
I would defenitely love to see a new country to add another restaurant to experience. I agree that Italy needs to have better merchandise-how much smelly perfume or glass objects can you buy? Never knew why Italy did not have a counter service restaurant-as well as Canada.

The wife and I LOVE Fazolli's fast Italian food. It's actually one of my top 3 fast food places.

I think a new country would be Great! Just a few points: 1) It is less than 20 years since the last country (Norway) was opened. I believe it opened June "88. I know, it is just less than 20 years. 2) China is next to Norway, not Japan. 3) I doubt there is enough room between these two for another country. 4) There is plenty enough room in other locations: Between Mexico / Norway, Bridge / Germany, Canada / United Kingdom, UK / Intl. Gateway, America / Italy, Morocco / Japan. 5) No more Asian countries, we have China & Japan. 6) I agree Australia should go in AK. 7) New Countries: Something from African or South American Continents; Spain or Greece. Just my observations, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
