If you are thinking Disney will be proactive and offer first, that's wishful thinking.
No. It's really not. These guests were definitely more than compensated.
And rightfully so.

They will definitely be proactive. I had an incident 2 years ago with a bed bug on my last night at jambo house. At 5am they opened the akl gift shop and my group of four were given new clothes, a free ride to the airport, one night of our stay comped and a free 3 day stay at any villa on property. I never asked for any of it. It was offered right away.If you are thinking Disney will be proactive and offer first, that's wishful thinking.
How long before the first lawsuit comes from being traumatized

You say that as if this hasn’t happened multiple times before over the decades.
I didn’t say that it’s happened a lot. But it’s happened a few times over the years. No reason to link it to current operations or lowered standards when it’ a single occurrence that has happened before.1. It has not that many.
2. If it keeps happening. It means the company sucks at improving.
You clearly don’t know how disney operates in situations like these. If you are thinking Disney will be proactive and offer first, that's wishful thinking.
And like another member stated, what about when a guest rides Kali River Rapids at DAK and gets completely soaked, entitled?
Good job, but you should’ve added that shark scene from The Little Mermaid to make it more Disney.See? I told you I would be making the attractions more immersive!
