Is it too early for a roll call?? I'm so freaking excited I can't stand it and I need to chat with others who are feeling the same!!

We'll be there from June 15-29, Two Whole Weeks! I have a preliminary itinerary ready to go, and we are slowly working out the other details. We haven't purchased any tickets or booked our resort yet, we are getting to that all according to schedule. I can't wait for that 180-day mark to book dining reservations! We have a party of 5 so I find dining reservations to be the most challenging.

Oh, and this trip is a surprise! The kids won't know! We aren't sure whether it will be a Christmas present surprise or whether we will be able to hold off until like, after we take off in the airplane in route! What do you think?? It's hard because we'd have to keep this awesome secret for so long!

We're in! End of June for two weeks! We're using an RCI trade to an off site resort. Our goal is to maximize the AP's we purchased last July. Usually we stay DVC, so we're trying to adjust our expectations...but it will be great because we'll be at Walt Disney World!

Just finished my ADR's for June! :sohappy:
I didn't go crazy but I got the two I wanted...Ohana and CRT for Breakfast..
We had ADRs this year for CRT but my daughter(6) wasn't able to come with us.

We're planning on going down on June 3rd or 4th for 7 days and then to the beach for another 3 or 4 days. Looks like we'll be staying at POP. We're not doing any sit down meals, so don't have to worry about ADR's.

Just officially booked June 5 - 11 at POP! with the DDP. Then to the Beach until the 15th.

Checked Rental Car rates and they are really high for this time period. I booked one at the best rate I could find with discount codes, but will keep checking every week to hopefully get it down another $100 at least.

Not sure what happened today, but the airfare shot up big time. I was looking at fares and was looking at some options to determine the best times for us. Found an outbound flight earlier in the morning for $89 and a 8pm return was going to be $150. Was confirming the times with my wife. Got it all in order and went to book those same flights about an hour later and the $89 was up to $149 and the $150 was up to...$468!! So then I started looking at all of the other non-stops that day and they all shot up to the $149 price and the returns were all up higher than the $150 that they were an hour earlier. So then I started checking the days before and after, which were also the same prices. Those all shot up too.

So I'm thinking I'll just wait it out a day or 2 to see if it was a computer glitch or I'm going to have to move the Disney part up a day earlier or a week later.

Well, ended up having to move the ressies a week later. I still can't believe how that airfare I was looking at shot up like that. I did end up having to pay $240 bucks more total trip for the 4 of us, but I didn't want to wait and have it go up even more. Lesson Learned to book airfare IMMEDIATELY if I see a good one out there.

So now we'll be there from the 12th thru the 18th and then to the beach.

Either way, I'll be at Disney World, so I'm good.

have noticed the same thing about airfare the past few days. we fly SW from philly or airtran from allentown and they both are nearly twice what we have paid for recent trips! even out 6 months.

All booked in for June 22nd to the 6th of July!

Especially excited for this one; first time that it will just be my boyfriend and I, and we're going to be there for my 23rd birthday :)

I'm expecting big crowds and crazy weather... we usually go in August, so we're used to the weather, but I'm not sure what we've let ourselves in for crowd wise haha. Excited about 4th of July too; did it in LA a few years ago watching fireworks from up above the city.

Staying at Pop. The countdown has started for us!

I'm taking my DD7 to WDW from June 7th - June 17th!! :sohappy:

Hubby is staying home so it's a girls-only trip. AND it's a surprise! We leave on the last day of school and she'll find out when I pick her up for her "doctor's appointment"! I cannot wait!

We're staying at POFQ - her choice. She thinks we're going back in a few years, so I asked her where she would like to stay when we go back. I gave her options of Pop, PORS (in RGR) or POFQ. She chose POFQ because of the slide.
