Journey Into Imagination refurb.

Good luck on stopping it as there is at least one ABANDONED vid that showcases this fact, including satelite images that show images that strangely look like a depression in the sand. another image with a metal wall is shown with depiction of support during demolition.
I am not an expert on sink holes but it was interesting when one showed up at a resort and took a condo down so it isn't like it can't happen.

also the rumour of the concern about the attraction having stess on the building structure did not come up with the building roof concerns, it was before this time. It just seems that there is a chronological history that points in a damaged building direction and as the building seems to have a very SUBSTANTIAL cost to build, it just seems odd that DISNEY would take such a large space down if there were nothing wrong with it. Then again in retrospect, they did destroy Pleasure Island and 20,000 Leagues and Journey.

I'm not saying you are wrong or that I am wrong, just repeating the vids.

Abandoned by Bright Sun Films? If that's what you meant I love that series.

I've heard that the Inside Out stuff will just be going in the Magic Eye Theater and that's it. I'm not one hundred percent sure, though.

It's a shame really, it seems like a perfect fit for a new ride. it would still be cool if figment and dreamfinder we're somehow still implemented into the world of inside out. I honestly thought at some point we'll see a little cameo from either of them when watching the film...

As it stands nothing is happening over there. IO is a long term proposal. But by then the IP may be old.

And we'll be left with another 10 years of lack of Imagination... sigh.

This should be the number one priority for work in Epcot, I can't imagine the guest satisfaction scores for this are very good. I think I can find some appreciation for every ride and attraction at WDW (even Stich) but this does nothing for me.

What does TDO have against Dreamfinder and Figment, anyway? Why are they so disliked (apparently) by the Imagineers?
Most people don't know or care about those characters. What it comes down to is Horizons, Dreamfinder, Figment and the Adventurers Club were all fine in their day. But their day is done and if we've learned anything from Figment, we know there are plenty of new things to imagine.

Oh, they have plenty of support in Imagineering.

Don't forget being an Imagineer is just doing a paid job and doing what you're told to.
The real question is, what do the people in charge have against Dreamfinder and Figment?

Oh, come on. I'm sure parkgoers would still love Figment and Dreamfinder today.

They both look like bumbling villains from the Adam West Batman TV series.

Figment and Dreamfinder have those high-selling comics that are the only ride thus far in that Marvel Disney Kingdoms line to expand beyond a single mini. Plus Disney has this whole thing about making rides into movies. Expanding original park IPs into film and television is something they should consider besides just remaking their animation catalog into live-action.

If you're going to combine 'IP's, Rescue Rangers would dovetail nicely into 'Jouney' !!! It almost looks like Dreamfinders contraption. Chip and Dale would be a logical Meet & Greet :)

If Marvel is entering the park with Guardians of the Galaxy, I don't see why they couldn't invest in Imagination too. With their comic book adaptation and all. Seems like a good solution to the sponsorless void that pavilion has become.
