Looks pretty cool from the outside.

Anyone have any aerials of the old building? It already updated on Google was just curious to see what it looked likje from the air

Did the old one have 2 stories of seating inside like this new one?

Many of these Disney springs projects are practically entire rebuilds, definitely way more involved than a typical renovation.

The old Wolfgang Puck had the signature fine dining room upstairs and the café and express on the ground floor.

Read on another site (wdwinfo) that there is a job fair in early October for Jaleo. How long prior to open does this usually occur. I will be down in mid-November and would love to visit.

Based on what I’ve seen, you’ve got a good shot to experience it. Goal was early to mid November as of a little while ago, no idea if there has been any change based on construction progress.

Photo update as of Friday, September 28 and Monday, October 8, 2018. A look at the new roof covering at Jaleo. Additionally, the frames for glass windows are being installed.

White tile installation on multiple external walls of the building. The red "dots" are tile spacers.

This is my new favorite building at the Springs. I thought it looked like an upside down bloomin onion. Even more now with the copper accents.

In any case it is unique and stunning. Thank you architect.
