No, I want next year to start. I just didn't get to experience much of Christmas this year, and it's my favorite part of the year.

Whew! Finally caught up.

Oh yes. I tap danced for 20 years. Have a couple of trophies gathering dust somewhere. I am probably a bit rusty now, but back in the day could do a mean kick tap. Always dreamed of being a Rockette but given that I stopped growing at 5'3" and you have to be between 5'6" and 5' 10 1/2", there went that.

Seriously? That is really interesting.

Hmm. By the time I see you in April, I will be 6 months pregnant...may not be able to kick too high at that point. May have to settle for some of the Chipmunk moves.

It was a great day. Started a little too early for me - but I took a small rest in the afternoon. Been playing new games on the Wii - we got Smash Brothers Brawl, Wii Music, and Carnival Games Mini-Golf. Also got a Wii Fit - but I still need to sync that and set it up.
The kids have definite favorites in what they got today...for Joel it was a figurine of Wall-E and an animated Transformers DVD, and Abby got hand warmers and a Teacher game for her Nintendo DS. Plus she's been loving the Wii games also.

That's awsome! I got Carnival Games for the DS, and my brothers got Wii Fit. I can't wait to try that one out.

My Christmas got an abrupt end when Marc's grandmother called during Christmas dinner to ask Marc's dad to take his father to the ER. They said he couldn't move his one side, which sounds like a sroke to me.

Kinda changed the whole day, just like that...

Oh no! I hope he is ok. Prayers coming.

Oh man....

just got a phone call from our PTG pres....another PTG member's husband passed away suddenly on Christmas Eve. He was older than her, but still just in his 50's. She also has a son with autism, although he is much more severe than Joel - not verbal at all.

Oh no! I am so sorry to hear that Jenny.

I should lend you Anastasia's bedtime CD... man they could use that to knock people out for surgery. It's dangerous! I can't tell you how many times I have allllmost fallen asleep with her in my arms because of it.

I love having music at night. I can't fall asleep otherwise.

I had two outfits for her this year... that one and a red velvet one:

What an adorable dress! She is so cute in it!

One of her favorite gifts. Mom got her a bag with 100 balls in it.
