But that would make too much sense.

Hey Luke! How did the summer job interview go?

Very well! I wasn't really worried about answering the questions and everything. I'm usually very good at that sort of thing, and most of them were ones I had to answer for the job last year, just more serious hypothetical situations and whatnot since it's a higher position.

And my biggest fear -- that my final exams may screw with my chances of getting the job since they happen AFTER the date I need to be in Texas -- didn't really matter. The guys said that my dates wouldn't go into his decision, and we can figure things out after!

:sohappy:

I'll know for sure his decision in about a week, but I think it's going to be a good one (knock on wood)!!

And Luke...
How are you feeling?

Much better! I still have some vestigial dizziness, but I actually went to my afternoon chemistry class and to the library (driving) after it. And I'm not nauseous anymore. Hopefully I'll be better tomorrow...

And I just learned a new word...vestigial.
Had to google that one. :D
But I'm glad you're feeling better.

We're learning about vestigial structures in my biology class, so the word is kind of in my head.

Yes, in biology it refers to body parts that have become small or lost their use in the evolutionary process.
In your statement it refers to your dizziness being a vestige...or a remnant...of your earlier illness.

:lookaroun

I'm smart. :)
