Ok, Megan which restaurant has this risotto you speak of.
Chandler says its at Animator's Palate. I was thinking Royal Palace. You can ask for it at any restaurant, tho. It can be brought over.

I might have to try that. I will dope myself up on Benedryl but I will try. I have never had risotto because it is always made with mushrooms and I am highly allergic but I will at least try one bite. One Benedryl, One bite. So worth it (I hope).

When can we book shore excursions? Are those done when we board? OR is there a certain timeframe, like the cabanas when you can book them?

As soon as you're paid in full AND your booking window is opened you can go online, do your online check-in, and start booking your excursions. If you're first-time cruisers your window will open at 75 days prior to sailing. The thing with the cabanas is a little different in our case because we have other people within the cruise group who will have their booking windows open much earlier and be able to secure those on behalf of all the ladies who want to participate with them. Some things will be possible to do that way because of how Tammy has our reservations all linked. Some things, like some of the other excursions and things, you won't. The things we are most "stressing" (if you want to call it that) over are the ones that typically sell out super fast. That would be the cabanas and brunch reservations.
Also, just in case, you don't have to put a deposit or pay anything towards your excursions when you book them. The charges will roll onto your shipboard account the day of the excursion.

Thanks so much Kelly! I think I would be lost without you and Tammy here to help answer my questions!! lol We decided to go with the Atlantis dolphin excursion so we will make sure we are paid in full as soon as we can!! I think we were planning to pay in full by the end of April anyways

Also, which underwater camera do you have? We are looking into getting one for this trip.

....but there are newer models, of course. I also got the floaty wrist strap for super cheap off eBay just like this one. It WILL float the camera and makes it plenty visible.

Where are you in Jersey? I'm in NY, but just over the Tappan Zee Bridge, so often go to North Jersey to buy cheap gas! LOL Grew up in the Bronx, not too far from the George Washington Bridge... still North Jersey, I guess.
