It is a pineapple soft serve available at Aloha Isle across from the tree house in MK and at Captain Cook's at the Poly. My personal favorite is the Dole float (pictured in the OP) which is dole whip served in pineapple juice. You also might want to check out the strawberry swirl served at the Enchanted grove next to the tea cups. It is a strawberry sherbet soft serve swilled with vanilla soft serve.

Dole whips are slightly more addictive than crack. Thank god the mix is available on line so you can make them at home.

I enjoy getting them in Adventureland, grabbing some shade, and enjoying my Dole Whip while the Dole Whip deprived walk by in anguish. I feel bad for them, yet unwilling to share.

They are the yummiest and something I look forward to during every trip. I often wonder if I ever stay at the Poly if I would have dole whip overload :ROFLOL:.

I know others who would prefer the strawberry swirl over the dole whip too, and while I eat strawberrys, I really don't like strawberry flavored things that much, it's just a matter of preference.

I believe I saw in a recent trip report that the Strawberry swirl is no longer on the menu at Enchanted Grove....
This is a common misconception. The Dole Whip Float/Strawberry Swirl debate is not about preference, it's about right vs. wrong.
Dole Whip Float = Right
Strawberry Swirl = Wrong

One other good thing about the whole Dole whip Adventure....when your ordering, you get cooled off at the counter as the air curtains are quite powerful!!! It was ungodly hot this past June when we went and the combination of the Dole whip and cool A/C from ordering really cooled me down for a little bit!

I read all about how wonderful Dole Whips and Zebra Domes are.
Tried them both last December.
Conclusion: OK but nothing special
Now, if you mention peanut butter fudge from the candy shop, that is special.
