Kelly! Wow!

Will HR help negotiating the visas? I actually have a friend who lives in Red Deer! It's about 90 minutes north of Calgary. Such a cool adventure.

I haven't bought flights yet. But I am going to get one with an early arrival. I have an AP, so I'd like to go the which ever park.

Yeah. I'm not sure of all the details. They're still going thru all the approvals and things. A hinge for this is them being able to line out the visas for all of us, not just Tracey. I'm trying to figure out what will need to be done about the cars & insurance. Our current insurer will cover in Canada for only a very short time. Its a very odd situation but we'll figure it out. Still trying not to get too ahead of all this. Papers have to be signed before its really for sure. A couple years ago Tracey & his brother were assigned to a job in St. Croix. Plane tickets were bought, travel arrangements made, papers signed, everything and a couple days before they were due to leave the job got pulled because the refinery announced they were shutting down permanently. Bummer. I was looking forward to him working in paradise so I could visit. LOL!

Pulling the plug at the last minute sucks! St. Croix, too!

Just now my husband was officially offered the London job. Someone tipped him off last week, but it was made official today. We are just waiting to see what the offer looks like first. I was stressed about finding Duncan an American school, but they are going to do the foot work for us and hold a place for him. We're leaving for Orlando tomorrow for a cruise on Sunday. I think some Champagne in Pink is going to be in order.

I visited London once and hit the major tourist sites, but there is SO much more I want to see and do there.

@Tiggerfanatic , @Disneyfalcon I am game whenever we want to go. :D

Tammy, my brother (the former Marine) swore that when he retired from the police department, he was going to live in Paris for 6 months.

Didn't happen. To my regret, I would definitely have visited him there. :)

I have a cousin who lives in London, she's a nurse, and a classmate who lives in Paris, she's a former investment banker. ;)

I have made my plans. It's happening. I said a year at first until we investigated the Visa requirements and it seems 6 months is all they'll be able to take of us.

Stephen said he wants to live in Hawaii for 6 months! So our first year is planned. Then he'll have to go back to work so we can afford to keep traveling. :D

I'm in Houston, @sweetpee_1993 ! We dropped Chase off in Nashville last night after a long drive across the country, and we are flying home today. Long layover in Houston this morning. :)

Which airport? What time do you leave? I'll guess Bush Intercontinental.

How many miles did y'all drive? It's like 2700 from here to Red Deer. I'm nervous! Never driven that far!

Bush! We have a four hour layover.

We drove sooooo far! Vegas to Salt Lake, Salt Lake to St. Louis, St. Louis to Memphis, and Memphis to Nashville!

Aw, I wish I'd known! Y'all should be about to board now. That was a long drive! How many days? We're thinking 5+ to go the 2700. May add a couple days to stop and see cool stuff. ;)
