Yeah, but they're popular right? I've actually never been to one and haven't heard that much about them, but I've heard they're quite popular, so I think two will be fine...

Time for another update... this time with pictures, wohoo!

I've drawn an overview of Disney's Grand Victorian Resort & Spa as well as Puerto del Mickey. First of the DGV overview:

http://photoalbums.wdwmagic.com/data/500/14603dgv_overview.jpg

As you probably can see, there are some anomalities, which is caused by me drawing this on 5 seperate papers and then putting them all together in Photoshop. Dunno why some of it is off-place, since I was very careful with paper-to-next-paper transitions, but you get the picture! I'll hopeful do some perspective shots of the place soon, since it can be difficult to understand this drawing with any.

Now for the Puerto del Mickey drawing:

http://photoalbums.wdwmagic.com/data/500/14603pdm_overview.jpg

This harbor will go hand in hand with DVG, but don't worry, it's not all done and I will install some like a small amphiteathre etc.

And here for a quick melting of the two pictures to show you the idea:

Hope you like it and would love some comments on it :)

thanks vader and brizz...

But remember brizz that this hotel is very geometrical and I drew on a squared paper (or whatever you call it), so that helped me a bit :)
Now to draw perspective shots... and bit more difficult ;)

I think the Grand Victorian Resort Hotel is wonderful--you should specify, however, where the tennis, racquetball, croquet, lawn bowling, volleyball, polo, and shuffleboard courts are, as well as the bicycle/surrey rentals. (Apart from polo, all the sports above can be found at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, so I think they should be here as well, regardless of the WWOS Resort Hotel, which has an abundance of recreational activities.)

I thought of something else that would be awesome and is kind of related to my hotel idea. What if there was a water slide (either at a resort or water park) that was a fully enclosed clear tube. It could run through a fish tank (or sharks or whatever) and you could see them as you went down the slide. It would be like you are underwater.

m star --> A good idea for the Lost Atlantis hotel!

s&w --> Sounds very good :) You also wanna do some concept drawing or?

BTW, do you think you could help me on the content for the Grand Victorian, like restaurants etc.? It's not my strongest field...

I'm sorry, I'm not very good at concept drawings and such--I was hoping that someone else would do concept sketches for the Hotel Alhambra. However, I'll help you with restaurants, shops, and other facilities at Disney's Grand Victorian Resort & Spa.

Yeah, but I mean just a quick rough sketch, if ya know what I mean. Just so I can see the shapes and such, nothing big really...

And maybe you have a pic or two of the style of building you would want?
