When was THAT taken? It might be because it's from so far away, but it looks like all the light poles and railings were removed. That could mean ANYTHING!!!

Well when the park is open until 11 or 12 and they don't clear the park until an hour or more after that it kinda limits the working hours to around 5-7 hours. Once you factor in moving equipment in and out and union rules and breaks things tend to slow down. Also when you are framing something complicated like they seemingly are it takes extra time to get it right.Geez they build so freakin' slow.
