Nit picking!
It's called holding Disney to their own standard. If they haven't given themselves that reputation, we wouldn't be so nit picky.

I understand that I might have listed some nit-picky kinda things in my previous post, but I wasn't actually looking for broken stuff. I noticed these effects because they were fixed, like the audio, some AAs, and animations. It was just a completely new experience for me and my family. :)

The only things we noticed last week was on one ride, the first Brer Fox in the laughing place holding the bee hive, his jaw wasn't moving the first time we rode, and then was the second time. Also, the Brer Rabbit before the big drop who is tied up in the bee hive, his mouth looked like it had fallen out or wasn't there, or stuck open. He just had a gaping hole where his mouth should have been, and that was like that on both ride throughs.
The only other thing we noticed was in the laughing place, the big spitting water uhm, holes, the big big blue ones, had nothing coming out of them.
And if you REALLY want to nit pick, on one ride through, the 3 little uhhh, I don't know what they are called, but there are three of them that hang from above you with little skirts on, and their arms and legs move, one of them wasn't moving, but that's proper nit picking!
But everything else looked fantastic. It looked like it was really loved. I thoroughly enjoyed both ride throughs.

I just watched a video posted on July 5th and I noticed Brer Fox and Rabbit were completely stationary at 5:11 but other than that everything looked great!

This is what I was talking about in my post that said:

6/28 Br'er Bear with bee hive moving again after being motionless for weeks, but the Br'er Fox AA holding Br'er Rabbit right before the final drop was completely off.
Hopefully by now it is fixed.

All I have to say about splash is, it's my favorite riding with first timers because every little up hill it's like "OH GOSH OH GOSH THIS IS IT THIS IS IT" and I get them to believe it everytime.

 I bet you also recite the ghost host for your friends while in the stretching room.

This is how it looked in December:

I wouldn't exactly call this "fine."

Well we rode it 4 times. My daughter is 8 and has been there 8 times and still loves it. I guess some people aren't as nitpicky as others. Awesome ride!!!

rode this past weekend, everything was working except for a jumping fountain and the alligator trio at the end which were eerily static but blinking.
EDIT: forgot to mention, brer frog's audio in the laughing place was out of sync with the music.

About Br'er Frog being out of sync, he's been like that for ten years. I've lost all hope of him being fixed. Such a shame too considering how awful it sounds.

Just got off splash. It looks great. Best its been in a very long time. Beer Frog being out of sync is a minor setback but it dowsnt detract from the over all show. EDIT -- brews frog EDIT -- bees frog. EDIT --- lol iphone

Nobody rides splash so hey can listen to brer frog.
Speak for yourself. My favorite part of Splash is Br'er Frog up to the dark drop. And when he's in sync it sounds a million times better considering Ev'erybody's got a laughin' Place is one of my favorite Disney songs of all time. The one from SM that is. The actual version in Song of the South isn't really that good.
