We have our reservations set for January 9 - 17 at AKL (savannah view w/bunk beds). My MIL has always wanted to stay there so we're going to try something new and make the most of it. Hopefully we won't have to cancel or reschedule. There's still a lot up in the air for us as we see how the schedule at the end of the project my DH has been on for the past 2 years works out. Buuut, for now we're set for January. WooHoo!

I make my own spreadsheet with all the hours and the proposed ADR's.

I have room reservations at Port Orleans French Quarter currently, but just bought AP's so I'll probably be changing to a deluxe once the AP rates come out for January.

We have 5 us running the half as well. With in the group there are 2 doing the Goofy and my wife and I are doing the 5k as well.
