Time will tell. I have never seen Black Panther at Universal other than a picture which according to the contract is incidental and therefore not counted as in use.

One part of the exclusivity is 'in use.' And BP isn't really 'in use.'

Another part of the exclusivity is 'in the family of a family in use' and BP definitely is part of the Avengers family.

Club 33 is not going in Dinosaur

That takes care of that conflict. Now they can start the Indiana Jones Dino Bash with special Disney guests.

I have been on it when it has happened. It is actually a lot creepier.

Reminds me of when Disneyland did the "Late Check-Out" on Tower of Terror the last few months it was still open. The entire elevator ride portion of the attraction had the lights and sound turned off. It was definitely more creepy and a little unsettling since there was no idea when the freefalls were going to occur. It was fun! I don't think I would always want it that way, but it was worth riding on a few times before it closed.

I’d really like to know who is making park decisions when it comes to IP/attraction placement. Indy is so quintessential DHS to me, and Dinosaur AK that it just feels wrong, even if Indy ends up being chased by dinos. Wouldn’t it be less expensive to redo Chester & Hester instead of redoing Dinosaur and C&H? That would keep Dinosaur open for visitors while the other portion of the land is under construction. DHS 2017/18 is not a model to repeat.

Add (and keep adding); don’t subtract.

I believe the current mentality is to spread out the big IPs in the 3 parks, regardless of theme

DHS: Star Wars and Toy Story
Epcot: Marvel and Frozen
DAK: Avatar and Indy

Not the best mentality...

Because Toy Story isn't showcased nearly enough around the parks... I present for your consideration: MORE. TOY. STORY!

The Land that Time Forgot (formerly Dinoland USA)

Rides and Attractions:
Chester and Hester becomes Dinoriders: Shake, Battle and Roll
The Boneyard becomes Bonny's Boneyard (a Stegosaurus Sandbox)
Triceratop Spin becomes (drumroll please.....) Trixie's Triceratop Spin
Finding Nemo Theatre becomes Dino Discoveries: a Toy Story
Dinosaur becomes Countdown to Extinction: Rex's Nightmare

and introducing... The Partysaurus Rex "Tiny Arms" Dance Off!

The toys do cover many genres: Buzz is Sci-Fi, Woody is Westerns, Rex is dinosaurs, GAM is military, Mr. Potato Head is The Land, Little Bo Peep and Slinky Dog and Hamm are Animal Kingdom, Mr. Spell can hang out with the Phoenicians, Barbie is a Princess (hey, if Mulan is one...), RC can have Speedway, Wheezy and Mike can take over the stage shows, Etch's Festival of the Arts, etc...
