I wonder if that attraction will be considered tier 1 or 2?Idk if this is the right thread, but according to the site that shall not be named, a guest went swimming in the Rivers of America…Well there’s an attendance idea!

Should be an up charged activity, similar to swimming in the big fish tank.Idk if this is the right thread, but according to the site that shall not be named, a guest went swimming in the Rivers of America…Well there’s an attendance idea!
Altho i agree i still dont see how anyone would willingly choose to wait 30 minutes if there was a way to avoid it…They can’t reduce wait times TOO much…regardless of crowd levels.
They gotta sell them LL’s
Then you say no.I wanted to book a trip this fall for just the wife and I and the hotels are still not ehat I consider decent prices. Wanted to look at AKL and could not find pricing anywhere near what I saw in the first half of the year.
Cause it’s stupid to double pay for things before you even get into the park?Altho i agree i still dont see how anyone would willingly choose to wait 30 minutes if there was a way to avoid it…
I get not wanting to pay extra but to me once you make that initial investment to spend that of money an extra 6-7% of my overall trip to make it “better” yea im gonna be the sucka and pay itCause it’s stupid to double pay for things before you even get into the park?
Especially when the majority is old and/or tired
You asked why?I get not wanting to pay extra but to me once you make that initial investment to spend that of money an extra 6-7% of my overall trip to make it “better” yea im gonna be the sucka and pay it
Bob sez it has to be 10%, he is playing youI get not wanting to pay extra but to me once you make that initial investment to spend that of money an extra 6-7% of my overall trip to make it “better” yea im gonna be the sucka and pay it
Listen i get the why & understand the reason but if thats the case noone should ever go back anytime soon bc lets face it the product is stale overpriced & underwhelming but once you bite the bullet may as well go all inYou asked why?
I gave you the common sense…almost obvious answer
…they’re expecting that. It causes more margin pushing and product decline.but once you bite the bullet may as well go all in
Lotto is up to 4 bazzilion so I guess a few hundred would be a good bet......…they’re expecting that. It causes more margin pushing and product decline.
You can have fun and have standards. Not mutually exclusive
If you really don't think that, and you do think the sky is falling... when? When will we actally see the negative impact of all this bad management? Another year? Five? A decade from now?
We did Holland America for our Alaska trip 12 days it was outstanding the service, food. entertainment. Did our trip first part of June 1 rainy day all the rest beautiful weatherWe’re looking at Princess for our upcoming Alaska cruise, we’re still Disney fans at heart so we give them first preference but all the reviews are leading us to the Princess land and sea package though.
I don’t think the “new Disney” is going to create devoted fans that will stick with them like us old timers do, I still have a huge devotion to Uncle Walts company because it was such a massive part of my childhood, it feels like everything they do is trying to drive us away though.
Same here. The prices for fall and Christmas are a tad ridiculous. $650 for a Deluxe Resort studio room with AP discount. And that's for the resort view.I wanted to book a trip this fall for just the wife and I and the hotels are still not ehat I consider decent prices. That is insane. Especially when my wife and I can go to Myrtle Beach in October for $2000 total for a weekSame here. The prices for fall and Christmas are a tad ridiculous. $650 for a Deluxe Resort studio room with AP discount. And that's for the resort view.
That price was for the the Boardwalk resorts in November through first 2 weeks of December. I added the tax for what the total cost of the room would be.
Those prices, IMO are ridiculous for being AP discount. We've stayed in the fall/winter over last few years for appx $400-450 per night with AP discount and the rooom was garden/pool view. We even had a few stays that under $400 per night.
What's really odd is that I've been looking at the summer AP discounted rooms since they released them and haven't found any club level rooms with discount. I've checked daily over last few months since they released the discount. That is insane. Especially when my wife and I can go to Myrtle Beach in October for $2000 total for a week
I get it's not directly comparable but you can see how insane their hotel prices are.
