I never watch them on Main street and always love them. I usually watch from other resorts, or in park at Fantasyland

I read that ash falls on you if you watch from Fantasyland. Is that true? It sounds like something worth experiencing at least once!

i usually watch from the beast castles area but did notice a bit of ash when i used the bathroom by village haus

I’ll have to try that spot sometime. One of my best viewing experiences was from Frontierland, but that was when I saw it a second time during a longer trip. If I’m seeing it only once, I prioritise the castle view.

It's good you enjoyed it. I just think the courtesy of other guests has eroded, the phone recording is a nuisance, the cattle call, and the worse show overall detract from what used to be enjoyable.

For me, that's really the only way I can watch. I will admit, I've seen the fireworks hundreds of times and my jaded view is almost entirely because I despise the current management.

The rudeness of some of the guests can indeed be a pain. I focus on the prize and do passably well at tuning everything else out. It helps that my trips are short and infrequent, so it’s easier for me to concentrate on the positive side of things. My sense from these threads is that those who go more often to the parks are among the least happy with them, probably because they have more opportunity to ruminate on the less enjoyable aspects of the experience.

Well it’s further away but watching from the contemporary is always pretty enjoyable and less crowded

They force us to be glued to a phone lets live stream the castle where you need to be in the parks to be able to access it & bam projection viewing anywhere you want
