IoA Good Eats?

I guess no game today...
I have to agree with the people who have raved about Mythos! It was a real treat to find a restaurant of this caliber in a theme park. I only regret that we had lunch there on the day we were driving home....I would have loved to try some of the wines! 
Everyone loved their meal...my husband & I, vegetarian teenager, and 9 year old "anything with fries" son. It was a little pricy, but only because we ordered too many items...we barely touched some of the entrees because the portions were so large. You might want to plan on sharing everything.

In the few times I've been to IOA, I've eaten at only a few places in the park: Mythos, Confisco Grille, Enchanted Oak and a counter service place just inside Toon Lagoon coming from Marvel [the real name escapes me]. They are all good. It all depends on what you are looking for...
For the mix of food, atmosphere and table service: Mythos, hands down the best. Confisco Grille close second in my opinion. Enchanted Oak is good for those who'd rather do counter service, as is the other place I found.
You can contact Universal Studios Guests Services to find out more information on the different offerings in each of the eateries. If I remember properly, Mythos does change its menu seasonally to help keep the flair of a 5-star restaurant, but the prices are what I would call reasonable for a place of that caliber inside a theme park. I've actually paid more outside theme parks, but then I always enjoy a good restaurant.

Me too! But I am also looking for hidden treats like the Dole Whips and Egg Rolls at MK, or the Crepes at France and Boardwalk.
I will get a Green Egg and Ham sandwich for novelty purposes. :slurp: I was also told to try Moose Juice?

Both Moose Juice & Goose Juice is :slurp: (my fav...is the orange though...and I believe that is Moose Juice)
Dawn has tried the Green Eggs and Ham Sandwich...ask her how it was...I've never had one...although...maybe this trip.

I have enjoyed food at: Burger Digs, Cafe' 4, Capt. America Diner, Blondie's, Thunder Terrace Falls, Cresent Moon Bakery and a few more locations that I can't remember the names of. In my opinion Universal over all has the best food for your buck.
MYTHOS is to die for!
The only place I avoid like the plauge is Mel's Drive-In. I have given this restaurant numerous chances to prove to me that I just cuaght them on a bad day but each time I am disappointed. Craptastic is about as nice as I can be in regards to Mel's.

I've never been to IOA and unfortunately will probably never go, so my question is one born purely of curiousity...

Ok, I can get by the fact that they have green ketchup...and purple ketchup for that matter...I mean...it's JUST a topping.
Green Eggs are made for a story purpose and to fit a theme...
but...
WHY ON EARTH WOULD ANYONE MAKE BLUE FRENCH FRIES???
I'm just curious...are there people who ask for these...
and...if not...
who sits around and says...Hmmm...I wonder how blue french fries would sell??? I want that guy's job!
