Where those people would be sitting? All FP guests are siting on the Asia side and I believe standby and dining packages are Dinoland.Anyone know how reservation space is going for both dining and fastpass?
I think the seating will be better with FP because Dinoland is Dining & Standby and Asia is just FP.I was able to book 11 people for dinner at tusker house package on Aug 5th. I had 2 choices for dinner times and it automatically assigned us the 1st showing. Does anyone think there is a better seat preference between dining package and fastpasses? Figured I would do dining package for us so I didn't have to worry about craziness trying to get everyone fastpasses but if seating is better with fastpasses then I may switch.
The park will not close at 5pm anymore. Just reflecting the old hours still.this show runs at 9pm and 10:30pm, but the park hours still say closes at 5pm, can I assume that AK is just going to start staying open late? sorry if this has already been discussed somewhere.
No like are the reservations and FP going fastWhere those people would be sitting? All FP guests are siting on the Asia side and I believe standby and dining packages are Dinoland.
Well the theatre is supposed to sit 5000, so half of that is 2500, assuming each side sits the same amount of people they'd need 2500 people to get FPs. I've seen a bunch of people booking the dining packages thoughNo like are the reservations and FP going fast
The price difference is probably because one is a fine dining signature restaurant....and the other is a buffet.I wonder if the seating and everything is the same for both Tusker House and Tiffens? I know there is a price difference which makes me curious if you get better or priority seating from Tiffens?
I have to wonder how well this is going to work for AK. The park is supposed to be staying open until 11pm some nights, with two shows, but how many people are going to want to stay that late with so little to do? I mean, can the park really keep guests in the park for that long?

My guess is no and I believe that's why the park is only scheduled to remain open to 11pm until July 2nd. After that I look for a 9:00 pm closing time with only one performance.
Have you guys been following along with the DAK night experiences?
Late hours are here to stay, leading up to AVATAR, which is strong after dark.
Rivers of Light (or Jungle Book), Kilimanjaro NIght Safari, Tree of Life Awakenings, Harambe Wildlife Parti, Discovery Island Carnival, and Tiffins. Along with the parks other attractions.
With nighttime falling around 9pm in the summer, you have just two hours to do all that. It is a pretty strong nighttime line up already.
People will be there, no question. Everyone is going to want to see Kilimanjaro at night and Rivers of Light - at least once.I don't see any of those experiences drawing big crowds away from the other parks. If the Jungle Book show is not a hit they will cut hours to save money. They are not going to keep the park open late if no one is there.
