You mean the reused Netflix Our Planet music isn't quintessential Epcot? ;)
That’s more my issue. Keep the classics we love and debut the new, original score in 2023 once the hole in the middle of the park is complete…however they intend to complete it. No rational person could have expected the Innoventions loop long-term…there’s no Innoventions!

I remember people flipping their lids when the Liberty Square music was replaced.

The Liberty Square loop ended up returning, not sure who decides such things.

OG Land loop can still be heard in upstairs restrooms.

So...I‘ve visited EPCOT both yesterday and the day before and um....

Bad news: The ENTIRE loop around Future World has been replaced with Christmas music for the Festival of the Holidays and this could very much mean that once the festival ends, the new loop that can be heard at the entrance to the park may finally be spread across all of Future World.

Good news: Near the Imagination bathrooms, the Journey into Your Imagination loop (which is honestly underrated) can still be heard and the original Journey into Imagination music can still be heard in the bathrooms themselves.
I hate that I was right. It was literally the best loop in the entire park.

Regardless of peoples feeling on the entrance loop, it is very odd to have it playing all throughout World Nature.

Back to my feelings on the entrance loop taking over the park:

No other park plays its entrance loop deep in the park. Very odd. I hope 2023 brings numerous new music loops. It’s a bit strange to be abandoning ANY classic music. There’s room for nostalgia. “Living with the Land” doesn’t play in the ride anymore but instrumentals were nice. Just like the way they include “Miracles from Molecules” in the Tomorrowland loop. I hope the original score they’re working on includes nods to classic music.

Totally agree.
I consider the current DHS entrance loop to be the best entrance loop out there. Is it music from various Disney movies? Yes. Is it a fresh arrangement that perfectly fits the entrance area you're walking into? Yes.

The Epcot situation is just weird. The Lands loop, while extremely dated, was unique and stood out. I just hope in 2023 there's new music for the entire park including the pavilion exteriors if those absolutely need to be changed (M:S, TT, Imagination, and Seas exterior loops were all fine in my book) instead of copy-pasting the entrance loop all the way around World WhateverTheHeckItIs.

Can someone check the Imagination bathrooms?

The Land’s exterior loop is absolutely legendary! What a loss. 😢 I love that mournful synthesizer version of “By the Time I Get to Phoenix”.

My running playlist is exclusively classic Epcot background music (Wonders of Life, Horizons, Energy, The Land, etc.). At times, it can be both incredibly motivating and depressing.
